EUTR3 form documents confusion

Post by Momojirou » Tue May 14, 2024 10:30 pm

Hi, I need some information regarding the EUTR3 application for permanent residence in Ireland. Can someone explain the following please.
(c)Evidence of activities in the State for the last 5 years (as per Section 1B or Section 3 as applicable)
For each period of employment, copies of the following documents should be provided:
 Letter from employer setting out terms and conditions of employment AND/OR signed contract ofemployment
 Two payslips for current employment (if currently employed)
 P60 or Employment Detail Summary for the last five years (or for any years applicable)

Does that mean that I need to provide my contract from my current employer and EDS for the last 5 years together with two payslips?
Or do I need a contract for each year I worked, do I need the contracts from my previous jobs?

Kind Regards,
