My Friends Dependant switching to Health and Care Worker visa

Hello,
My friend is on the Health and Care Worker visa with his dependants before March 11 2024. He called me yesterday that the company where his wife works will offer her sponsorship in the coming month so she will switch from being his dependant to Health and Care Worker visa.

Can my friend and his remaining dependants become the wife's dependant once she switch?
