Help Needed with Skilled Worker Dependent Visa Application Details After Receiving ILR

I received approval for my Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) two days ago. My wife is my dependent (PBS Skilled Worker dependent), and her visa is expiring next month. I believe I need to extend her visa as a Skilled Worker dependent even though I now have ILR. I started her application, but I am unsure if I filled in the correct details in two sections. Can anyone help me?

Section 1: Eligibility

• Has your spouse or partner applied to work or study in the UK?
  Yes (Even though I now have ILR, I selected 'Yes' because I previously applied under the Skilled Worker visa)

• Is your partner in the UK now?
  Yes

• Was your spouse or partner in the UK when they applied?
  Yes

• What visa have they applied for?
  Skilled Worker

• Has your partner been informed they are eligible for a Health and Care visa?
  No

Section 2: Partner Relationship Details

• Does APPLICANT already have their Skilled Worker visa?
  No (Is this answer correct since I now have ILR?)

• Do you have APPLICANT's UAN?
  Yes

• What is APPLICANT's UAN?
  XXXX (Should this UAN be my ILR UAN or my expired Skilled Worker UAN?)

• Are any of APPLICANT's children applying with you?
  No

Section 3: Partner Application Details

• SOC code
  XXX (This will be my SOC code from when I held a Skilled Worker visa)

• Is APPLICANT's job on the immigration salary list?
  Yes

• What time period does APPLICANT's Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) cover?
  3 years or less

Yes, I have used my ilr urn
