Health and carer visa

Me and my husband came in uk on 2019. Since 2022, i am on tier 2 health and carer visa and my husband is my dependent. Can we stay now my husband be the main applicant for care visa and me as a dependent?

Yes, you can. I know it's stressful to be in the care sector.

Just to give insight;
The 5-year clock will restart for the ILR Application, which means it will start from day 0 when the visa is received for your husband as he is changing from dependent to main applicant.
