Dependant naturalisation

Just a question about the qualification period for naturalisation please.

I got my citizenship in 2021 through PBS Tier 2 visa route. My wife got ILR in 2023 through PBS dependant route.

Can she apply directly for naturalisation without waiting for 12 months post ILR given that her partner (myself) is a British citizen? Or does she need to wait for a year after obtaining her ILR?

Yes she can apply (provided she meets all requirements). There is no dependent route for naturalisation.

Apologies, I meant she got her ILR in 2024 not 2023, does it mean that she doesn’t need to wait for 12 months after ILr?

She doesn't need to wait a day. Provided she meets all other requirements.
