Previous earning matter . Please help!

Hi,

I am applying for extension under tier 1 and I am currently under HSMP (new rules). I have few questions about my previous earnings.

1) My earning period is 01/12/07 to 30/11/08. My Dec 2007 payslip has an exgratia sum of £7000. I wonder if that will be considered as part of my earning.

2) I own a ltd. company which started in june'08. I have no accounts and no tax returns. Only thing i have is the invoices and bank statements. I can get a letter from the accountant to confirm the earnings from that company. I wonder if that will be acceptable proof.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
