Hello everyone
I want to share my timeline.

I am non EU unmarried partner.
Living in the UK since 2015 October.
2020- received Pre settled in 1 month
2021-applied settled status however relationship with EU citizen started 2019 March therefore further pre-settled received in a month.
2024- 15 March applied Settled Status
NO COA received
I am still waiting settled status.
I called EUSS team many times all they say is caseworker assessing the case.
Is anyone else have same situation?

Hello everyone, thought I'd post my timeline (still in progress).

Switching from pre-settled (retained rights) to settled:

BRC delivered to Home Office - 10.06.2024
BRC received back - waiting (last year it took around 12 days)
CoA - waiting (last year it took 11 days to get it)
Settled status - waiting

Apologies, didn't realise you had sent a message. I have had to apply for a biometric card separately. In the process of booking an appointment with the ukvcas

Hi there,
Did you have to submit your previous EU family member's documents to prove your 5 years? I may have done the wrong application for my firend I am helping. They have retained visa but we could not include their previous EU family member documents as they are now a retained rights visa holder and also, they still have not received a certificate of application email. We just only included proof of their 5 years residence as they are a non-worker whereas their partner was the one working but we obviously could not ask for any documents from their partner. Thank you.
