Stamp 1A to Stamp 4

Hi
I want to ask how long would it take for me to get Stamp 1A to Stamp 4?
I am a fully qualified accountant now and I am soon looking to apply Stamp 1/Critical skills permit.
Once i have that, how long after can i get a Stamp 4? Does it take any shorter than the regular 2 years for stamp 4 or not.

Any info will be highly appreciated. Thanks

It doesn't shorten your route. You need 21 months on Stamp 1 under CSEP for Stamp 4, 1A doesn't count.
