OCI appointment cancellation

I sent a cancellation email to HCI for my OCI appointment recently. My appointment date has passed and I am not able to book a new appointment.
How to sort this out?

I think you need redo application and book a fresh appointment or just walkin to vfs, they will let you in as walkin service
