DEPENDENT VISA QUERY FOR INDIAN SEAFARERS

Myself Vijay, My wife is in UK with skilled worker visa and i am working in ships which is trading worldwide. My wife and myself are Indian citizens.
Please advise me, if i take dependent visa - do i need to stay in UK for more than 183 days to keep my dependent visa valid or is there any exemptions given for Seafarer to get relieved from this rule. Due to my nature of work in ships, i am not able to comply always 183 days inside the country.

Anyone please kindly help me. What is the best option to sort out this issue.
