ILR Application - financial requirement SOC 1134

Post by VickyYazi » Wed Jun 12, 2024 10:09 pm

Hi all,

I will be applying for my ILR in July 2024. My first COS was issued in July 2019.

I noticed that my salary (£45,000) is £500 short of the Lower going rate (£45,500).

If my company can provide a letter confirming that there will be a pay rise, will this be sufficient?

I would be grateful if you could advise how to resolve this matter.

Thank you.

No, you would not qualify for ILR unless you can show that you are being paid the min required salary (lower going rate) as per your SOC
