ILR Application submition date and biometric date

Hi,

As always thankyou for your response. I finally received the new Skilled Worker visa before any letter from HMRC and its almost over 2 months since I am working.

I now have a question on ILR application as I believe i can submit the ILR application starting 3rd August 2024 based on the Visa vignette date of 30th August 2019.

Date calculated: Visa Vignette date (30th August 2019)- 28 days = 3rd August 2024.

Our date of landing in UK is 17th September 2019. So I am now confused when is the earliest I submit application and what should I book the biometric date.

Question ?
Should the biometric date be from the date of landing in UK (17th September 2019) - 28 days = 21st September (Latest biometric date). OR Any date from 3rd August 2024 considering the visa vignette date ?

I am concerned as ILR stamping before 21st September will not complete 5 years-28 days of stay in UK if I consider visa vignette date. please help.

The first visa issue date + 5 years - 28 = The earliest date of ILR eligibility
The date of arrival is irrelevant. The date of biometrics is also irrelevant.

You need to ensure on the date of the decision, your are eligible for ILR: Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision

Is it required to show bank statement for maintenance funds with good balance as I am including my wife and child dependents for ILR. Is it ok to include this as a additional document ?

Based on the checklist other than last 1month payslip and its bank statement showing the salary paid nothing has been asked in relation bank statement.

ILR has no maintenance requirement at all. Financial requirements only applies to your job as per the rules
