Subletting for Residency Proof

1- Is subletting is accepted by "Residency Proofs section - Type B" Rent agreement for 50 points? OR should we be included in the lease directly?
2- Is there anything I need to be careful in terms of documentation specifically? Like directly using a certain template or asking for management company to provide for subletting? Which I don't think they will.
3-Does Main tennant has to pay tax of sublet?
