Qualifying Period for ILR

Hi all,

I'm trying to calculate for my wife's ILR. She is on the 5 year route.

Received her first visa on 06/12/2019.

Arrived to UK on 01/01/2020.

Received email for FLR M on 24/09/2022 saying granted permission to stay in the UK until 13 April 2025.

I have used this sites calculator

and it says

The end date of your qualifying period for this ILR application is 05/12/2024.

Your earliest ILR application date is on 07/11/2024.

Can someone please confirm if the above date shown to apply is right, or when she can apply.

Under the family route, the earliest date of ILR eligibility is (the first date of entry to the UK + 5 years - 28 days)

Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision

The date you apply is not very important if you saw my explanation in the link above. That is merely the earliest date of ELIGIBILITY so the earliest date when ILR can be granted. That date must be on or after the date that caseworker is using
