earning support documents list

Hi there!

I'm wonder whether following documents are OK to support the earning. I'm applying from the US.

1. W-2 tax form for the year 2008.
2. Company headed official employement verification letter. This letter includes name, job title, hire date, work status and salary.
3. Bank statements of the entire year 2008.

All documents I mentioned above are originals.

My company's HR is having hard time to provide me earning details which specifies gross pay, tax, 401k, net pay etc. So if above docs are enough, I rather not bother the HR to provide earning detail document.

Has anyone received Tier 1 General Visa with above docs for earning?
