Hi,
I have continuously stayed 5 years in UK under Tier 2/Skilled Worker category.
As I am now eligible for ILR, which route do I need to apply for ILR application?
I could see SET(M) and SET(O) applications and I am confused which is the correct route to apply for my ILR.
Can anyone please share the correct link for the application for ILR main applicant?

SET(M) should NEVER be used by anyone (main or dependent) who is under the skilled worker route.
Apply using SET(O):

Hi, I have worked in the UK for last 5 years under Skilled Worker visa and now I have started for filling ILR application Set(O) form for applying my ILR. There are two questions in the "Immigration Details" section which I am not sure about -
"Do you have any Home Office reference numbers?"
"Enter any Home Office reference numbers"
Which Home Office reference numbers should I mention here? All the previous skilled worker visa applications Reference Numbers or the current ILR application reference number? Thanks.

No need to enter any such number

Hi all, I have applied SET(O) for my ILR application (Skilled worker 5 years route) and my biometric appointment is due in a few days. I have already uploaded all the required documents scanned copies by myself already in UKVCAS site. I am planning to carry the following documents with me for biometric apppoinment -
1. Original Passports
2. Original BRPs
3. Print out of Biometric appointment copy and QR Code copy.
I am just wondering what are the other documents do I need to carry for biometric appointment?
Is there any other original documents (such as my degree certificate, Address Proof i.e. council tax etc, Bank statement etc.) need to carry with me for biometric appointment? Thanks.
