British citizenship for kid born in UK but lived in Indiap

Hi,I came to uk on ICT visa and had my baby in UK.Later I got Skilledworker visa and is about to eligible for ILR since about to complete 5 years in Skilled worker visa.
Now my kid was born here when I was on ICT visa and stayed in Uk as dependent for 2 years and moved back to India with my wife but I stayed for my ILR.
After my ILR in couple of months will my kid be able to apply for British citizenship who is currently in India ?

Or when he can apply fir citizenship of Uk
