Hello,
I hope you are doing okay. I have a few questions to ask.

1. I got my EEA Family Permit in 2019 and Presettled status in 2021 and I will be applying for settled status before the year runs out (2024). I got my presettled status as a family member of EEA national. Presently, he has naturalised as a British. Can I apply online for the settled status or request for a loune's application form?

2. To demonstrate evidence of continuous residency, I didn't work from 2019 to 2021. I reside with my brother whom I got the presettled status from. I don't have utility bills or council tax in my name. I registered with GP September 2022. However, I started working in February 2023. Please what else can I show to demonstrate the continuous residency?

3. Also, do I need to show proof of dependency when applying?
