Dependent Child Visa Application submitted in Wrong Category

Good day to all
This is my first-ever post

I have been in the UK under a skilled worker visa since January 2024
Recently I applied for my child's daughter's visa who is nearly 18 years now but I received an email from the Home office stating below

''It is noted that you have made this Skilled Worker Dependent visa application and have paid the ‘immigration salary list’ visa fee. However, your sponsor’s DCoS XXXXXX was assigned under the occupation code 3542 which was not listed in Appendix Shortage Occupation.

Upon re-checking my application, I came across that I checked yes to ‘’ my occupation was in the immigration salary list ‘’ which I believe was the mistake
Today I re-submitted a new application paid all fees and then emailed the home office for the withdrawal of my old application.

My question is I came to the UK in the old rules £27600 salary rout and the rules were changed in April 2024.
So do I have to prove a 38K salary threshold to sponsor my dependents or I can still apply under the old rules?
I found this link below which says that new salary requirement but anywhere else no clear information is available.

Any clear help will be highly appreciated ,I have mix feelings now not sure what it could be.
