eVisa - Status showing as Dependant

Post by MrGamgee » Sun Aug 11, 2024 4:34 pm

Hi all

Im on a spouse visa in the UK (FLR M) married to my British spouse and I have a BRP that says I'm on. Spouse/Partner Leave To Remain.

I recently got an eVisa and when viewing my immigration status online says "Dependant". Im worried if this is incorrect? How do I resolve this issue?

I'm due to apply for ILR (SET M) within 2.5 months and worried if this might affect it in some way?

This is still trial phased roll out of the evisa with teething problems of reported errors. This will not affect or impact your SET M, apply as normal.

Hey have you sorted this?

It happened to me too, I just received an email to register eVisa today and when I logged in, it showed my old visa details. I am due to apply for PSW visa in December/January. I am also worried if my incorrect visa status would influence my new visa application :(
