Fee waiver

Post by Caleb12 » Sun Aug 11, 2024 9:55 am

I am applying for fee waiver because I have no income and I cannot afford the fees. I rely on my children and they support me with everything and I live with my daughter. I just want to know if anyone can help regarding the household finances. My children support me financially and have been asked to provide their bank statements and everything. My other daughter has some savings as she is looking to buy her own house. Will this affect my application and will I be denied a fee waiver because of my children's income and savings even if I myself have no income or savings.

It would help to know under which category of visa you are requesting a fee waiver

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
