OCI Application Process for Myself and My UK-born Child

Hi everyone,

I've recently received my British passport through naturalisation and obtained the surrender certificate for my Indian passport. I am now starting the OCI application process. I also need to apply for an OCI card for my UK-born child.

Can I submit both applications at the same time? Also, what documents do I need to include for my child's OCI application? My child was born when I was on ILR, but I now hold a British passport.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please you need to submit and upload the below documents for minor OCI applications, no attestation needed. The below copy of documents needed to uploaded and submit at VFS when applying for OCI.
Yes, you can submit both the application at the sametime

1. Date of Birth certificate
2. Citizenship of Registration certificate
4. Passport copy of minor
5. Both parents passport copy
6. Marriage certificate
7. Both parents OCI card
8. Parent address proof

Thank you, as we are in process of apply for OCI for ourself, what should we attach for below:

1. Both parents passport copy - we have UK passport, and cancelled Indian passport, which passport should be use?
2. Both parents OCI card - we do not have OCI card yet, as we are in process of applying for our OCI.
