EX SPOUSE UK VISA

Post by Wallander » Fri Aug 09, 2024 7:39 pm

Hi! I am new at the forum. Let me know if this isnt the correct place to post this.
I have a skilled worker visa in UK where i work as an airline captain. I am from south america.
I have an ex and two children back in my country,
The UK visa for my children is not a problem, but i would like to know if someone could be so kind of give me an advise about what kind of visa my ex needs to apply and if its possible.
She is an english/spanish translator.
Thank you very much!

What kind of a visa would you expect her to get and based on what reason?

Since you're no longer in a relationship, she cannot apply for a visa as your partner.

The wife might be eligible to apply for a skilled worker visa as a translator on her own merits under the occupation code 3412 or else.

She needs to find a job from her country with a licensed sponsor in the UK.
