ILR Family route

Off topic but can admin or any expert help me here please ?

My wife applied for ILR Family rout visa after 5 years on spouse visa.

As my company director, for financial requirements, I had submitted my payslips and bank account.

Now the case worker asks my wage slips and bank statement for the months before the required time.

For example: the financial year for visa starts from Jan 2023 till December 2023 but the CW asks the wage slips of Sep to December 2022.

Is there any hidden agenda of them or what? Why they ask financial docs outside the required period.

Note: My company financial period is September till August but my wages shouldn't be affected by this period?

What do you mean by 'financial year for visa' ??
What is your limited company's accounting period?
How much salary did that company pay you in that year ?

HO ask the financial requirements for the spouse visa so you have to show them that requirements in the last 12 months.

My company operating period is from Sep to August.

It seems you do not understand the immigration rules and the requirements. The rules only allow you to claim income within the most recent accounting period of the business (not the latest 12 months), this is why all the evidence submitted must cover the most recent accounting period of your company. It seems the latest 12-month business accounting period ran from Sep 2022 to Sep 2023 and you did not provide evidence of pay between Sep 2022 and Dec 2022, hence the request
