I applied at 15 August and at 16 August i did Bio early in morning . After two hours i received a email ,we can't not entertain you in service time period due to your complexity of case.
But we will try our best to reach decesion quickely .
After 7 days still waiting . They emailed me a generic way as some of my freinds already received such emal at their case . Now can some advise me how much time they will take time more .

No one can tell you how long it will take, exercise patience.
You can not use other person's timeline as a definite yardstick for yours.

I don't have an answer for you unfortunately, but can I ask if they then refunded you the cost of the priority service?
In theory they should because they can't meet it?
