Date and Airport of arrival in the UK / British Citizenship Application

Hello,

I have started the British Citizenship naturalisation online application. I believe I arrived in the UK in July 2004 but I cannot remember the exact date nor which airport I arrived at. I have checked my inbox and can't find any airline travel confirmation email.

What should I do?

Practical approach:
input 1. July and London as airport and include a note explaining you don't have the exact details and can't remember. This is not something that counts against you or leads to refusal.

As it was back in 2004 UKVI may no longer have that data - so if that fails, put an approximate date and explain in a cover letter that all dates are at the best of your recollection.
