IRP Renewal Application Submitted but failed payment.

Post by ult235 » Sat Aug 31, 2024 6:15 pm

Had a technical issue while trying to pay for my renewal in inisonline.jahs.ie and the application is now in submitted state but with no OREG number or confirmation email. I tried to contact support but got nothing, should I reapply or wait?

Did you pay the money?

If you didn't get an email, I don't think the payment went through.

No the payment hasn't gone through, and the option is not available on the application that is now in the submitted tab.

You should make a new application then.

I applied and it didn't went through (I didn't get an email, so I missed my ceremony. I do not know if yours is the same, but I'd certainly pay again if you are able to last for a bit without 1000 euro (assuming they'll take it twice; more than likely they'll do it once).
