Medical practitioner as referral for british citizenship

Post by Plmokn » Sun Sep 01, 2024 3:08 pm

Hi,

My neighbour is a medical practitioner (dr), can I use him as a referral for my uk citizenship application?

Doctors/medical prcatitioners do not seem to be on the list of professions accepted, but nurses and dentists are.

Thanks

That should be ok as long as you attach a note to explain he is your neighbour (with medical qualifications) and not your GP.
You are correct GPs are not on the list.
