When to apply for ilr as the BRP given for more than 5 years?

Hi,

I am holding FLR BRP via set(m) as ilr dependant.

My FLR start date: 25-Jun-2021
Renewed after 2.5 years
Current BRP end date: 03-Aug-2026

When do I need to apply for ilr?
Current BRP end date: 03-Aug-26 - 28 days = 07-jul
Or
5 years will be completed: 25-June-26 - 28 days = 29-May-2026

Please help.

I assume you mean you are under the family route applied via FLR(M).
What is your full immigration history ?
Your spouse settled under the 10 year route it seems. What visa did they have before getting ILR ?
