Naturalisation application Referee Declaration Form

I am currently completing an online Naturalisation application form and would like to ask a question in regard to referee declaration forms.

I have already provided details of 2 referees in the form, am I still required to download hard copies of the referee declaration form and give to the referees to complete? Am I also required to affix my passport photo on the form?

You are referring to the referee details you have entered on the online application form?
Referees still need to complete/sign the forms - you have to attach your photo - and when all complete you scan/upload them.
