Tier 2 dependent extension while main applicant has ILR

Hello

Both our visas expire on 29 sep 2024. Since I was eligible for ILR ( tier 2 5 years) I applied and attained it. My partner needs to extend her tier 2 dependent as she doesn’t meet the 3 year criteria.

With her dependent extension application I have the following questions :
1 . On the application it asks for main applicants visa reference, would this be the recent ILR UAN reference or the initial tier 2 reference ?
2. Also the application asks for all CoS details. I suppose this is still the old COS.
