Hi team,
Hope everyone is good.

I am here with few questions and hope to have the suggestions.

1) We are a team, when filling the consent form section 1 will sign and section 2 by partner will sign. What about section 3?
2) In another scenario, my son who turned 18 after we have the Extension last year, he is a joint account holder in one of our utility bill. My wife and myself are also account holder. How do we fill up the consent form and who to sign which section?
3)is this allowed to attached section more than once, as I will have section 2 from my partner as well as a joint consent from my wife and son?

There is no need for a cover letter unless you want to explain certain things further

Declaration signed by Applicant to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks.

Is this the same consent form Section 1?
