UK Spouse Sponsor HMRC Income Proof Format for Ireland Join Spouse

Hi Everyone.

Please I need advice:

1.Can a British citizen sponsor submit proof of their 3 years previous earnings whilst they were in the UK previously, use what they print from the hmrc mygov personal account showing previous employment and income in each tax year? The spouse joining the British citizen spouse is a non eu passport holder in Africa. The British spouse is moving from UK to Ireland on a new job, then sponsor the non eu passport holder to join them. So any advice from those who may know will be great.
2. Proof of relationship's whatsapp chats are so many over the 10 year period of their marriage. How many chats would be best per month together with other evidence of relationship?
3. If spouse in Africa does not have a bank account with money or transactions for the 6 months statements required, will that affect the application. They do not work and have been financially supported by the British spouse.
