OCI Renewal - Child

Hello Everyone,
My daughter has received her new UK passport( after turning 5 )I am planning to get the latest passport details updated on her OCI card. In addition to that, I have a change of personal particulars (Father's Name).
Assuming this would need a re-issuance of OCI Card, Could you please confirm which service should I select under OCI Miscellaneous Services. Below are the options once I enter the current OCI details:

Services for re-issuance of OCI Card (Chargeable)
Change of Personal Particulars

OR
Services for updation of information in OCI records (Gratis Service)
Passport Particulars Updation

I am thinking, I should go for "Change of Personal Particulars". Do you know what would be the fees for this service and do I need to book an appointment to visit one of the VFS office for this.

Has anyone gone through this process.
