PWS refused but vist visa valid??????

hello all
i came in this country for mba.i got visa for year.i did my mba but i had to apply for an extension becuasei coundnot pass it in a year.i got extension for ten months.now after completed my degree about three months back i applied for pws.but my application been refused due to mentinance requiret.i received my passport back few days ago.as my leave has expired i have to leave the country and reapply from home country.

now i have question from you guys! that when i applied my student visa i already had 5year visit visa.then i got student visa,plus one extension from here.as my leave has expired i am leaving this country.but can i come for visit here on my visit visa which is still valid till march2010.it that still useable or not.

Dear,,,,,

As long as i know,,,, if you have any valid visa, and you get an other type of visa on the top of it. the new visa will not cancel the previous one. so ur visitor visa is still valid. but for the definite answer speak to solicitor and directly to home office.

This is incorrect advice from email257525. Your visit visa is no longer valid.

i think there is a grace period after geting refusal. so please consult with an experienced solicitor.
