Changing referee

Hi, I have submitted my application but one of the referees is no longer willing to sign. What can i do? because I cant go back and change it. has anyone fixed this issue before. any suggestions would be great

Have you attended you biometrics appointment yet? If not find another referee and explain in a cover note.
