Hi all,
I have applied for my dependant recently but received this email.
It is noted that you have made this Skilled Worker dependent visa application and have paid the ‘Immigration Salary List’ visa fee. However your sponsor’s DCoS ********** has been assigned under the occupation code 1223 which is not listed in Appendix Immigration Salary List.
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... alary-list
As you do not qualify to apply under this category, you must now withdraw your application and submit a fresh application under the correct route and pay the correct visa fee.
Please send your withdrawal request within 10 working days to Worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk, quoting your GWF Number in the subject line
Please note that when you withdraw your application, we will also withdraw any linked dependents so they will also need to submit fresh applications.
If you do not withdraw within the 10 working days your application will be decided based on the incorrect fee being paid and as a result it will fall for refusal.
I have emailed them already and it’s been 4 days but I am confuse if I also need to withdraw my applicaton from my online portal of Visas and immigration?
Thank you for your help in advance.

BRO I faced the same issue as you...
You said you have emailed them 4 days ago...
What email you did to them??
You have to email them For withdrawing your application with your GWF number..
If you haven't emailed them for withdraw do it fast. Other wise visa will be refused...
If you have already emailed them then you will get email for passport collection after five days..
And. You can apply again under the correct category. DO not select yes om immigration salary list option while Filling application form online again..
IF you have any other questions you can ask..
Happy to help....

Hi Rehan
Thank you so much for replying.
I have emailed within 1 hour of receiving the email from them on the email they provided but do I need to withdraw from UKVI application account as well(THIS IS MY MAIN WORRY)? Because I didn't receive any reply or further update I thought I need to do more.
When did you apply? Are you also waiting for results?
You mentioned "Do not select yes on immigration salary list option while Filling application form online again".
If I say No will it be acceptable?
Thanks

Hello, I did the same mistake but haven't received a response from UKVI. Are you very kindly able to tell me that when did you submit your application and when have you received this response from UKVI? Thanks!

I applied on 3 October.
Received the reply on 4th October asking me to withdraw the application which I did within 1 hour.
I have this morning received email from VFS asking to collect the passport.

What is the procedure for withdraw? Do I need to withdraw by option "If you need to change any of your information, you will need to cancel your application and submit a new one."
UKVI is not replying and I am worried
