eVisa shows wrong status-Applying for extension

Hi All ,
Ill be applying for my dependent partner's extension in sometime. WE got to know last month since we created his evisa it got linked to his expired BRP by UKVI ,his right to work also started showing wrong information .It was all working ok before we created evisa account. we complaint a lot of times on helpline and via complaint form and no one corrected it .its been a month now.
Since i still have his BRP valid until 31-12-2024 . we are thinking to apply for his extension any how using the BRP .Just worried if this evisa issue will cause any problems for the decision ?

That's an issue on the eVisa portal that has been extensively reported. The eVisa system is not yet fully implemented and is still subject to errors.

It doesn't have any impact on the current status or any future applications.

Just a question if any one has any idea . If some one got a BRP with wrong expiry date initially and then when they complained it corrected and a new BRP was issued . Would all those details be available on the case worker system ?i am just worried that they will also see the same what Evisa SYSTEM is seeing which is clearly wrong
