Applying for ILR after 2 years of absence

Post by lindajulian27 » Tue Oct 29, 2024 11:35 pm

Hi,
My husband has been on spouse visa for a total of 5 years and 10 months. He has held the following visas PBS dependant visa and spouse visa. However we were in the US for the last two years. His current spouse visa is expiring soon, can he apply for ILR or does he has to apply for spouse visa extension again. Thank you.

There is no absence limit under the family route. You were told this before when you previously asked the same question under the family route subforum. The most important requirement to meet is the financial requirement
