Early settlement for indefinite leave

I came into the Country at the age of 16 currently on my 3rd extension on the FLR FP parent route, my question is will I qualify for the early settlement for indefinite leave to remain.

It states of you came into the country at a young age and has spent more than half life here which I have however my first leave was granted at 28 so just checking if there's any chance that I qualify.
