Few Questions on application

Hi All,

I am filling Visa Application, and confuse on few questions, if someone can help me that would be great.

SOC is : 2136 - Software Testing Consultant


Have you reviewed the guidance on professions that require an overseas criminal record check?
Yes / No - I have selected No as criminal record check not required for my post, but I have read the guidance - so should I select Yes or No ?

Is your job with [Employer Name] on the immigration salary list?
Yes / No - I have selected No as 2136 not in there.


Has your sponsor or employer confirmed you are eligible for the Health and Care visa?
Yes / No - I have selected No but my sponsor didn't confirm me anything about this.

Do you need to obtain permission from the ATAS? Yes / No - I have selected No.

Please if any expert can confirm all answers I have selected are correct, that would be great, if I should select other option please guide as well.
