ILR- Need more time to provide document to UKVISA office

Hi All,

I have submitted my wife ILR application and attended the appointment. I have submitted statement compatibility certificate. They need English proficiency certificate with in 10 working days. I can provide this but need some more time. Can i ask UKVISA team to give me some more time, will they consider my application or reject? Will i get my fee if they will reject it

'Statement of Comparability' from UK ENIC can NOT be used to satisfy the English language requirement for a visa application.

ILR requires the applicant to prove their level of English, or else they will not qualify.
I suggest instead to opt for a quick B1 SELT: https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualific ... SE-grade-5

No. You need to provide the document or else they will assume you did not provide it. You need to seek advice before applying rather than trying to fix things later on
