Help! I forgot to upload a document

Good day everyone,

I don't know how I missed this. I am a US citizen, but on a digital nomad visa in Colombia. I didn't upload the visa to the VFS Global. My appointment was on December 7th. Today I received an email stating that my sponser can post any supporting documents in the next 5 business days. But there isn't an address, just a link to the VFS Global website. I emailed UKVI and they told me to contact VFS, but I can't find a contact. What do I do? Do I need to withdraw the entire application?? Or can I just send the document somwhere like the email says. Thank you everyone! This has been very stressful.
