Tier 2 skilled worker. Less hours

Hi everyone I have a tier 2 visa. I am Working in a GP surgery based in Manchester. due to my one year old baby I am not working the full 37.5 hours. I am working around 20 to 22 hours a week. My question is will there be any issues with my ILR. Please help me out thanks
