FLR Additional documents

Hi everyone,

I am now working on my FLR visa application. After attending the biometrics appointment, I received an email requesting further information and additional documents.

The email asked me to send my additional documents within 10 wording days to workflowwns@homeoffice.gov.uk

And then it said "You need to log in to your application and upload your evidence.... You will need the identity document you used to start your application to log in."

My questions are:
1. I sent my documents to "workflowwns@homeoffice.gov.uk" last week but received no reply, not even an automatic reply. Now it's getting close to 10 working days. Is it normal that I received no reply? How can I know if the documents were successfully sent?
2. Do I need to resend the docements just in case?
3. I couldn't find anywhere (not on homeoffice website or TLScontact website) to log in and upload new evidence. Is that a mistake? Or can anyone advice me on what website I should use to upload?

I am on Overseas Business Representative Visa.
I asked around. It seems that they don't have automatic reply (absurd) but they will get back in about a week.
But I don't know anyone else receiving the "upload documents" instructions...

Can you please share your time line as I have applied extension FLR IR for sole representative visa .

Please share how long they took to response after your biometrics and what additional documents they have asked ?

My biometric was done on 28th November 2024 .

Hi,
Biometrics done on 29th Nov.
Received email from Homeoffice for additional Docs on 10/12/24
I will reply to them by 20/12/24.
Then I think will have to wait for 3 weeks for final outcome.

Apllication Update:
Reply via email on 23/12/25 with additional documents.
Reply received on 23/12/25 Same Day.
Visa Approved for further 2 years.
