Hi everyone,
I am now working on my FLR visa application. After attending the biometrics appointment, I received an email requesting further information and additional documents.
The email asked me to send my additional documents within 10 wording days to
workflowwns@homeoffice.gov.uk
And then it said "You need to log in to your application and upload your evidence.... You will need the identity document you used to start your application to log in."
My questions are:
1. I sent my documents to "
workflowwns@homeoffice.gov.uk" last week but received no reply, not even an automatic reply. Now it's getting close to 10 working days. Is it normal that I received no reply? How can I know if the documents were successfully sent?
2. Do I need to resend the docements just in case?
3. I couldn't find anywhere (not on homeoffice website or TLScontact website) to log in and upload new evidence. Is that a mistake? Or can anyone advice me on what website I should use to upload?
