Earliest date to apply to ILR for ECAA visa obtained during covid-19

Hello

My first issued visa date for the 5-year ECAA route is 23.04.2020 and the BRP date is 09.04.2020.

However, the COVID-19 pandemic emerged during this period and all borders were closed. When the borders reopened, they issued the second vignette dated 15.08.2020. I entered the UK on 20.09.2020 and applied for a new BRP card.

Based on this information, what should be my earliest application date?

You will be eligible for ILR within 28 days of completing your 5 years, counting from the very first ECAA visa issue date which is 09.04.2020
