ILR Spouse Visa Application - Earliest ILR application date

Apologies if this question has already been asked. I have a question regarding my ILR application date, I will apply using the priority service if I find the date.

First BRP - Place and Date of issue - UK - 22/01/2020
Date of entry to UK: 28/01/2020
Second BRP - (Expiry 31/12/2024 - irrelevant) Visa Validity 29/05/2025

Please correct me if I'm wrong:

1- The earliest ILR application date I can apply is 30-12-2024?
2- Can I submit an online application and make the payment before 30-12-2024?
3- Once the online application is submitted I can find a date for a biometric appointment on or after 30-12-2024?
4- I will upload all the documents online before my biometric appointment. Does the date on documents not be older than 28 days from the online application submission date, document upload date or the date of the biometric appointment?

Correction: I have just realised the Priority service is not available for SET(M) route. So I will go with the standard service.

Submit ILR application before visa expiry, you can book an appointment anytime after that up to 45 working days. For documents, the date of biometrics is irrelevant

I wanted to know the date to submit online application as the earliest I can apply is 28 days before 5 years completion.

My 5 years anniversary from the date of entry to the UK will be on 27/01/2025. So am I good to submit online application now and book biometric appointment within 45 days?

If the date of biometric appointment is irrelevant for documents then how to calculate how old the documents date need to be when I upload them online. As documents should no longer be earlier than 28 days before the online application?

The date of the online application is not critical for ILR. The date of ILR decision is all that matters.

The date of your application is the date you submit online, all document dates will be with respect to that date. The date of biometrics is irrelevant for the documents

Thanks Zimba. I am in the process of gathering all the document and then I will go ahead and submit the online application and upload all the docs this week. I will book my biometric at earliest date. Since I'll be applying using the standard service so I'll be within the ILR SET(M) 5 years - 28 days eligibility period.
