Hello,
I am the primary applicant and have an ILR, now while submitting evidence for skill dependent visa for 14 year old child (applying from uk), it is asking for evidence as below.
People applying with you evidence
Your birth certificate, unless provided in a previous successful application as a PBS dependant
Living arrangements evidence
1-Your bank statements showing you have been supported by your parents for the past three months
2-Letter from your university or college confirming your enrolment and attendance
3-Your parent’s bank statements showing their financial support for the past three months
We do not have the bank account for child, so should we skip evidence 1 and submit the application or it is mandatory?
also she is studying in school and not in college or university so what should be done for second evidence?
Is there any template letter to get from school or a letter template to cover off point 1 & 2 to say not applicable/ available?
regards
