Hello everyone,
I am posting this query in very panicked situation. I am on ILR and changed from physical BRP to eVisa on 20th December. Everything went smoothly and next day I received email confirmation and could access my account. I did not receive any instructions to link my passport to the account. Today I thought to check my online account. It says "your account was created without an identity document" and you need to send documents by post. The UKVI has basically taken away all the information showing my valid ILR status.
I called their helpline but they say it is a technical issue. The technical options never reach a human being and directs me to Gov.uk I am going round in circles.
I would sincerely appreciate any assistance in this regards.
