Child Dependant - Visa Applications

I have applied my skilled worker visa and my partner's visa. I have 3 kids - 7,4, and 1 YO (all in UK).

Now while I prepare application for 7 Year old its almost the same application format like mine. However, for the other two children the application format is a little different where I have added both children in same application.

Should I add my 7 year old also in the same application with the other two? And is it Ok to add kids in same application or should I prepare separate applications?
